Catherine subtly takes you into a meditative state for the process to take place. You are welcome to record your reading. No recording is provided.
Although the “reading” part of the Psychic Integrated Therapy session is usually completed in the first hour, you may be on the table for up to 2 hours.
A Psychic Integrated Therapy is an intense process. You never know what’s going to happen in a session until you “get in there”. Since the healing process is so intense, you should not receive more than one session per year.
The final part of the Psychic Integrated Therapy is most often devoted to the therapy and healing accomplished by working with the back of the body. This is a good time for you to go into an even deeper state so you can rest and receive insights and direction for yourself.
