These are recordings for Self Healing.  The tool of choice is Self Hypnotherapy Meditation via Guided Imagery.  They are designed to create movement in the Self in the areas of:

3.  Weight Loss


No matter what age, stage or circumstance in life one may be in, each Self Hypnotherapy Meditation is designed to quickly, effectively and precisely provide a council of the Self for the Self and take one into the depths of the conscience and subconscience to release the “core holds” in order to allow one to embrace the desired awareness so that one can bring it into one’s life effectively and quickly.

Use the same Self Hypnotherapy Meditation courses over and over; daily, weekly or monthly.  They will produce a different awareness and experience each time because you are different each time whether in thought, feeling or desire.
Each Self Hypnotherapy Meditation is approximately 20-30 minutes in length.

Before you begin, make sure that you are somewhere you can relax.

Never use while operating machinery or driving a motor vehicle.
