Self-Hypnotherapy, Meditation & Journaling
How does Self-Hypnotherapy help?
The individualized Self-Hypnosis tape will help you to meditate more deeply and thus allow you to access your sub-conscious more deeply. By using the Self-Hypnosis tape on a regular basis you should be able to stay more attuned with your Higher or God-self and your goals. By using the tape you can literally create Healing Sessions between your sessions with the coach.
Meditation
The definition of Meditation is, quite simply, practicing the presence of God (or your higher self). Meditation says to find the “gateway” to God by remaining still in the Stillness and focusing upon that gateway until you “get in” and are able to receive God’s Love, messages and healing.
For the purposes of the process, it is asked only that you try to actively meditate a few minutes each day. Give your Self time to have “Heart to Heart” talks with God or your Higher Self.
Journaling
During the Life Coaching Process, you will be encouraged and required to journal. Journaling takes time, courage, commitment, honesty, surrender, forgiveness, love, acceptance, and being open to RECEIVE. After all of that, it commands action.
How do I begin?
Your individualized plan of Self-Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Journaling will be determined by you and your coach. No one will ever see your Journal but you. Your Journal is your discussion between You, Your Self and God.
You will usually know that it’s time to Journal if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, troubled, or restless. Journaling can help you to “move through” whatever “it” is.
Some other times that are beneficial to begin journaling are during times of “flooded emotion” or times of “inspiration”.
