Catherine blew me away! I have recommended ALL of my friends to go see her. A lot of them have already gone. I have a friend coming in from North Carolina and another coming in from Ohio, just to see her! I am telling EVERYONE I know!
The therapy was great. But the reading was unbelievable! It was quite an emotional experience. The words she told me…shook me to my very core. Words I knew but were validated in a way no one has validated me before. (Isn’t that what we all want and need!?) I transcribed the tape and typed it up. I keep it in my purse to review when I feel the need. And, that is often. I have already done some of what she told me to do and am working on the other stuff.
